In episode 6 of my podcast, I am talking about the utmost importance of rebounds in a yin yoga class. There are a multitude of reasons that cross the physical, physiological, mental, emotional and even spiritual why rebounds are so important in yin yoga.


Who would have thought that laying down and resting in stillness would be so crucial!
