The ultimate 6 nights and 7 days of rebounding in Thailand paradise
Set in gorgeous Koh Samui, one of Thailand's most tranquil island haven's, where introspection and gratitude are experienced daily.
The fresh local food is delicious, and being buffet style you can tailor it to your needs. The staff are incredible and will be able to cater for any special dietaries you may have.
Each day there will be both a gentle flow practice and a guided yin yoga practice on offer for you to enjoy. There will be group activities on certain days, and these might range from Gua Sha tutorials, open yin yoga discussions, to all sitting down on the beach together after dinner.
