Hydration has to be one of those fundamental roots of our health. So much of our body is made up of water.
Do you know what signs and symptoms your body gives you when you are dehydrated?
It has taken me a long time to tap into this one. I always assumed I would be really thirsty if I was dehydrated, but in fact sometimes when I am dehydrated I feel really lethargic, foggy, and I have no desire to drink.
This feels different to the dehydration I feel if I am actively out on a walk or a hike. In those instances yes I do feel thirsty and that is when it feels more obvious that I need to drink more water.
Do you filter your drinking water?
Another thing that took me ages to get organised was purchasing a water filter for my home. There are so many on the market, so I recommend you do your research. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you need some advice, or want to take a listen to why filtering your water at home might be a great decision for your health, I highly recommend taking a listen to Superfeast latest podcast number #82 on "reducing your exposure to toxic water."
