During your monthly cycle, have you begun to notice when your energy levels naturally rise and fall?

Do you get hyper-critical with yourself when your energy levels drop?


This video is an invitation for menstruating woman to begin noticing the natural lifts and falls of energy across the month, so that instead of feeling like we have done something wrong and that is why we get tired or feel flat. We can be more kind and compassionate with ourselves.
