Have you noticed that at certain times of the month you have lots of energy, and then at other times you can feel flat and tired?
In this video I offer up the idea that your movement diet may need to be different according to where you are at in your cycle, rather than placing high expectations on yourself to exercise at the same frequency and intensity all month long.
