This is an instructional video explaining how to use Gua Sha to help manage your own tight neck and shoulders. Gua Sha is an ancient technique, and an invaluable skill to have when managing your self care.

This is especially valuable in times when you do not have the means to get a treatment. So this video is a very personal sharing of one of my self care rituals, in order to help you feel more empowered in the way you can take care of your own body and its needs.
