This is an application form to work 1:1 with Dr Karina over 6 weeks in her "Alignment Transformation" program. 

Upon submission of this application form, Karina will be in contact with you to discuss your eligibility, as well as your intentions and goals for this profound work with her and to start opening you up to the possibility of incredible expansion in your life.

This program is a high-touch, transformational journey—designed for people who are ready to shed old patterns, reconnect with their true self, and step into a more expansive, aligned life.

I am bringing together the most incredible modalities I have come across so far in my years of being a yogi and an acupuncturist to help you shift old deep patterns and experience a new kind of freedom in your life. 

Because this is a 1:1, energetically intimate experience, I’m inviting a small number of aligned clients to join me in this container. 

This application is a way for us to begin that alignment process.

Please take your time, answer honestly, and tune in as you go. There’s no right or wrong—only what is real for you.

I’ll also include a few reflective questions around your relationship with the Enneagram, which I will use to guide the direction of your sessions. 

If you’re unsure of your type, that’s completely okay—we’ll explore it together.
