Winter invites us to slow right down. To rest more. Reflect more. Conserve our energy instead of constantly pushing it outward. This 2-hour Yin Immersion is designed as a seasonal reset — a space to step out of the noise and into something quieter, deeper, and more restorative. We’ll begin with gentle guidance around winter wellness — how to support your body, nervous system, and energy through the colder months using simple, grounded practices you can actually integrate into your life. From there, you’ll be guided through a 75-minute yin practice, working with longer-held postures to nourish the adrenals and nervous system, and to settle the mind. This is your permission to pause. To soften. To restore. Perfect if you’re feeling depleted, overextended, or in need of a full-body exhale. ✨ 2-hour in-person immersion ✨ Includes seasonal wellness guidance + 75-minute yin practice ✨ $65 per person Come warm, bring layers, and allow yourself to be held in the stillness of winter.
