Spring is a time of movement, growth, and new energy. But without intention, it can also feel overwhelming — like everything is speeding up before you’ve had a chance to catch your breath. This 2-hour Yin Immersion is your space to gently awaken, clear stagnation, and reconnect with a sense of direction and flow. We’ll start with seasonal wellness guidance focused on supporting the tissues of the body after Winter— helping you move stuck energy, regulate emotions, and step into the season feeling clearer and more aligned. You’ll then be guided through a 75-minute yin practice, working into the hips, sides of the body, and connective tissue to create space — physically and energetically. Expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more open. ✨ 2-hour in-person immersion ✨ Includes seasonal wellness guidance + 75-minute yin practice ✨ $65 per person Perfect if you’re feeling stuck, stagnant, or ready for a fresh start. A 20% deposit will secure your place in the training. Training fee does not include airfare or travel transfers Training fee does include 6 nights accommodation and all meals Refunds requested 6 months prior to training will be granted in full. Refunds requested within 6 months of training commencement will be granted minus non-refundable deposit.
