Have you been to a Yin and Pin event before? Ok, but have you ever been to a ​Pin and Sound Bath ​event before? This is a new offering that I have been exploring with the amazing Yelda Rahimi who is an extraordinary sound bath facilitator (and no-one else is offering these kind of event except us right now!) Our intention is to amplify the healing power of Acupuncture by layering it with the exquisite vibrations of crystal bowls, metal bowls, chimes and all of Yelda's other magical instruments. What you can expect: 🍂 I will guide the group through a simple amount of movement and breath work to start 😴 Everyone will get comfortable in a cosy Savasana 🌱 I will come around and offer 1-3 pins per person 𝄢 As you are receiving this, Yelda will begin her luxurious 40 min sound bath 🧘🏼‍♀️ I will be there holding the space while you receive all of this nourishment What makes this unique? Instead of offering simple Acupuncture points, we will be activating one classical meridian in the body, which is a far more powerful therapy than simple acupuncture points. This gives the body such a clear message to start gently healing old wounds and patterns and to move into the future feeling lighter and clearer. No acupuncture experience is necessary!
