50hr Level 2 Yin Yoga Teacher Training

For the very first time Karina is facilitating a 50hr Level 2 Yin Yoga Teacher Training. This will be a continuation of her level 1 Yin Yoga Training. Participants will need to have completed a level 1 Yin Yoga teacher training as a pre-requisite to this training that has included: functional anatomy and skeletal variation modules. Karina is running a level one 50 hr teacher training in November 2025, and also has an online yin yoga teacher training that is a sufficient pre-requisite training for her level 2 training. Level 2 is a 6 night/7 day intensive, set amongst the mountains of Bali, creating the perfect immersive environment to dive deeply into your teaching skills and the restful sanctuary of nature. Level 2 is an advanced training for yin teachers that have either completed their level 1 training with Karina, or another equivalent yin yoga training. Level 2 is a deep dive into developing language skills, cultivating intuition skills as a teacher (and a human), developing themes and creative ideas for class structures, as well as plentiful opportunity to practice teaching and receive invaluable feedback, as well as studying the five elements of Chinese Medicine theory. Level 2 training includes all accommodation and delicious daily vegetarian buffet meals for the duration of the course.
