Service Description

This comprehensive training is available for both already qualified yoga teachers, wanting to build their skill set in order to teach Yin Yoga, and also for students with a love of Yin Yoga wanting to deepen their experience and knowledge. This course will enable you to draw from a deep bank of knowledge and information regarding the body, skeletal variation, and basic meridian theory. Most importantly after this course you will feel very confident in approaching students in your classes who need assistance or alternative postures, as your teaching skill set will be broadened immensely. Fully accredited with Yoga Alliance, this Level 1 Yin Yoga Teacher Training emphasises the importance in having the sensitivity to ask the right questions, and work collaboratively with each student until they feel at ease. Level 1 has the following study options. 30 hour intensive training: Wed 11th - 15th September 2024 10:30am - 4:30pm Think. Focus. Act. Yoga Studio, Challis Street Newport $1375 A practical deep dive into the experience and history of Yin Yoga, Skeletal Variation studies, and Functional Anatomy of all the major joint complexes, Teaching skills to support your students with correct props and variations of postures, teaching practice, and basic energetic medicine/meridian theory 50 hour training. Participation in the above 30 hour intensive Plus, upgrade enrolments into my online courses: with LIFETIME ACCESS to all materials: - Yin Yoga Theory - Functional Anatomy for Yin Yoga - Yin Yoga Teaching Skills $1675 Payments plans are available upon request.
