This three day retreat in idyllic Hepburn Springs, is a truly special opportunity to engage with your community and the medicine in a way that will fill your heart and help you to truly embody the feeling of the Acupuncture channels. The richness of this incredible medicine can sometimes feel overwhelming. Often the sense of "not knowing" or "not understanding" can present a block in treatment where the practitioner may not be able to step into the flow of letting the medicine come alive in the treatment room. The intention of this luxurious retreat, is to come together as a community and feel, learn, ask, treat, and be together. Something magical occurs when we gather in this way and get out of our heads and into the body. Join Johannah Ashley and Karina Smith for three days of Classical Acupuncture immersion, with an intention to move out of the head and into the body where the energy and the intuition of this ancient lineage truly comes alive. Each day will include a guided Qi Gong practice by Johannah, and a led Yin Yoga practice by Karina. Facilitated by Johannah, there will be space for open ended discussions about the theory and practice of Classical Acupuncture, as well as time to feel pulses, practice needling techniques, and give one another treatment from any of the compliment channels. Surrounded by the beauty of wombat forest, there will be lots of opportunity to unwind in nature with gentle forest walks, nightly fire pit connections, or enjoying the many extras available onsite such as the Turkish style steam room.
